The love for coffee has a long tradition with Blaser Café AG. Since its foundation in 1922, Blasercafé has been fully family-owned and is now run by the fourth generation.

Between 1996 and 1998, Marc Käppeli, Bettina Blaser and Michael Blaser joined the business. Marc Käppeli took on the role of director from 2006. Bettina Blaser now manages HR and Michael Blaser took over corporate communication. Together with Stefano Zoratti and Christoph Lauper, they now make up the executive management of Blaser Café AG.

Blasercafé Coffee Courses
For Restaurateurs and Coffee Lovers
Blasercafé offers coffee courses that are designed to meet the knowledge requirements of catering professionals and coffee experts. However, private coffee enthusiasts are also welcome to attend these courses. Blasercafé can also provide customized training sessions for groups based on their specific training needs. This training program includes specially developed Blasercafé courses as well as other courses selected from the SCA Coffee Skills Program.

Blasercafé Trainers
Sandra and Giuliano are trainers of Blasercafé courses. Giuliano can be introduced as a course instructor and roaster who has been an authorised SCA Trainer and CSP Certifier since 2014. He teaches a range of CSP module courses, including Introduction to Coffee, Barista Skills, Sensory Skills, as well as introductory courses and individual trainings. Sandra, on the other hand, is a coffee trainer who teaches Home Barista, Latte Art and Coffee Cocktails.
